- Form Issue Timings : 10 am to 5 pm (Except Sunday)
- Applications are available at all DIETs, CEO Offices.
- Cost of Application Rs.250 for SC / ST ; Rs.500 for all other candidates.
- Seats will be allotted through Sing window System.
- Candidates should take minimum 540 marks out of 1200 in 12th Std Exam.
- Minimum Pass mark is enough for SC / ST candidates.
- Age 30 years for UR ; 35 years for SC / ST ; Destitute Widow candidates for 40 years ; ICM candidates of MBC and MBC 32 years ; ICM of SC / ST 37 years
